The development of Certified and Assessment Based Training Programs at the Institute of Bankers Pakistan came into effect as part of the Institute’s initiative to restructure its training design methodology for standardization. Intensive research has been conducted for evaluating Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes of each job functions of banking industry and a task inventory has been created under standardized list of job families in commercial banking industry. These training programs are developed through use of world renowned ADDIE-Instructional System Design Model. Candidates are trained through these programs to enable them for standing out amongst other banking and financial sector professionals.
